Description

Klaus Störtebeker is a pirate legend who was sentenced to death together with his crew in Hamburg in 1401. Revived as NFT by John Crab, today he shares his legend. When he and his buccaneers were captured, he begged for mercy. He would walk past all of his 72 cronies after his beheading until he fell. If he managed to run past his men with their heads cut off, they would be spared from death. According to the legend, he managed to pass 11 comrades with their heads cut off before the executioner tripped him. All 72 of his cronies met their deaths that day. Legends never die!
