Description

Officer Hutchinson is a Los Angeles police officer. Next to the deer, he is the biggest danger on the road and mostly appears in packs. Having been bullied in the past and not getting any attention, his concern is to bully, oppress and control the ordinary citizen. Hutchionson feeds mainly on donuts, pizza and coffee, which is why he has a bit of a beefier build. He looks even beefier in his uniform, equipped with a pistol, pepper spray, baton and cotton balls. He wears a protective vest because he has a lot of enemies. Among them are Small Tony, Jack Staunton and Kill Bill. He doesn't have many friends, just fellow cops like Sheriff Hayden, with whom he hunts for covid and park offenders.
